MOVE THAT COUCH! is a platform that connects customers with nearby independent drivers.

  • Drivers are independent service providers — we don’t employ them and we don’t supervise their work.
  • Drivers set their own prices, availability, and service details — we do not set or guarantee pricing.
  • We do not guarantee pickup or delivery times, driver availability, or outcomes.
  • We are not responsible for a driver’s performance, conduct, or any damage, loss, or issues that occur during service.
  • Any remaining balance is paid directly to the driver outside the app, and we cannot enforce or guarantee payment between customers and drivers.

Urgent / safety issues

If you feel unsafe or there is an immediate emergency, contact local authorities first. After you’re safe, email support@movethatcouch.com with details so we can review the account activity.
